Scope boundaries
Printing, sampling, dieline engineering, fonts, trademark registration and naming research are excluded. Client supplies legal copy and approved product information. Copyright transfer follows final payment, subject to licensed assets.

How are payments scheduled?
Projects: 50% to start, 30% after design or staging approval, 20% before final handover. Any monthly care is billed in advance from launch.
What happens if the scope changes?
Additional deliverables or revision rounds receive a separate written quote and timeline. Nothing extra is billed without agreement. Client delays move delivery dates.
What does support cover?
System support, where included or purchased, covers troubleshooting and routine maintenance within the stated hours. First response target: one business day, Sunday–Thursday, 10am–6pm Bangladesh time. Resolution depends on severity and third parties. Feature development is separate. Unused hours do not roll over.
Who owns the work and data?
Client business data remains client-owned. Final approved bespoke deliverables transfer after full payment, subject to underlying platform and asset licences. Platform subscriptions and reseller rights are agreed separately. Handover and export format are specified before contracting.
